Vision
Our Vision embraces premier science based strategies driving best practices in the prevention, intervention and treatment of methamphetamine addiction, and its injurious effects, in our community. Our resolve is to actualize these strategies through sustained focus on this singular problem.
Mission
The Mesa County Methamphetamine Task Force (MTF) exists to implement the best practices of prevention, law enforcement and treatment leading to maximal reductions of this addiction, and its resultant destructive consequences.
Guiding Principles
Our strategies shall be based upon science-based research and initiatives so as to maximize effective and measurable goals and results.
Our coalition shall commit to teamwork, partnership, and systematic relationship building for the purpose of efficient and effective results.
Distinct from our coalition team, we shall practice inclusion strategies in order that all populations and geographic locations experience ownership in this cause.
